Cancellation Policy


Right of cancellation


You have the right to cancel this agreement within fourteen days without stating reasons.
In the case of a contract of sale, the cancellation period is fourteen days as of the day on which you or a third party designated by you,
other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us

of your decision to cancel this contract using a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or E-mail).
To ensure the cancellation period, it suffices to send the notification stating your intention to exercise your right of cancellation
before the cancellation period expires.

Cancellation consequences


In the event you decide to cancel this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we received from you, including delivery costs(except for additional costs resulting from your choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest, standard delivery we offered) delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we receive your notice of cancellation for this contract. We use the same means of payment for this repayment that you used in the original transaction, unless other arrangements were expressly agreed upon with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may refuse to refund payments until we have received the goods to be returned or until you have verified that you have returned the goods, whatever comes sooner.

You must return or hand over the goods promptly and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of your cancellation of this contract to ... us Siraprint GmbH / Marktstraße 11 / 47229 Duisburg.
The deadline is ensured if you send the goods prior to the expiration of the fourteen-day period.



The legislator provides the following sample cancellation form in Appendix 2 in accordance with article 246a § 1 section 2 sentence 1 number 1
and § 2 section 2 number 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code:
